AMBER citizen science regional event – World Fish Migration Day at Mottisfont

Fisheries scientists from the University of Southampton will be running a day long interactive stall to promote World Fish Migration Day and the launch of the AMBER Citizen Science portal at the Mottisfont House and Gardens National Trust site, UK. The stall will have interactive activities (e.g. fish migration themed marble run, beaver pelts, engaging activities for children and educational materials) and there will be a themed trail around the grounds with visitors able to visit river barriers at the site and log them on their newly downloaded barrier tracker app and learn some fun facts about fish migration along the way.
